How do I change the name on my account?

You can update your personal profile information including your email, first name, last name, etc. anytime you want by accessing My Profile.

All registered users of homesweetlearning.com are also given a username based on their first name and last name. If you want to change that, send an email to support@homesweetlearning.com.

I can't log in to my account.

If you're unable to log in to your account, be sure you're using the same email address you used to create your account. If you're still having trouble, please click the "Forgot Password" link to have the system send a temporary password to your email address. You can then use that temporary password to login, and change it after login.
