1. Click the "JOIN" link in the meeting invitation email
2. Enter "Your Display Name" as guest
3. Enter an email address
4. Enter meeting password
5. Click "Join As Guest"
6. Add WebEx extension/plugin to your browser by clicking "Add WebEx to ...", (only needed for the 1st time)
7. After you have entered into the WebEx meeting, click "Call using Computer", to join the audio conference via computer
8. You can also join the audio conference by calling the phone number included in the meeting inivitation email
