1.Close all unnecessary applications on your computer

2.Stop / pause your Netflix, youtube, IP phone, etc. that may compete with WebEx for bandwidth

3.Change to phone call-in if computer audio is not working

4.Do not enable video sharing

5.If WebEx does not seem to be working, 1) check your Internet connection; 2) restart your computer
